SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Juzmat EVR Car Mats are all exclusively custom made to fulfill your specific requirement. Please allow 7-10 working days to prepare your customized or personalized Juzmat order. Your order will be shipped via registered post (EasyParcel) and the tracking details will be sent to you via email once it is ready.

For West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia), we offer free shipping. For East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak), there will be a flat rate of RM20. Please expect a slight delay during festive or peak season. Local delivery will take around 2-3 working days. However please allow up to 15 working days to take into account for the local postal services.

We welcome international orders. However we have no control over the customs charges and duty fees of your country therefore you will be responsible for those additional charges. Please contact or WhatsApp our customer service +(6012) 421 6838 to check the international shipping charges. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
