RETURN & EXCHANGE
The Juzmat product has to be fulfilled in these conditions to be eligible for returns. The Juzmat product must be returned in its original condition with its original packaging, with information tags must still be intact. The Juzmat product must not be washed, used or altered. We will gladly accept your return within 7 days from the date you received your order.
Refunds will be credited to your account in the form of Juzmat Loyalty Points. The points can be redeemed or applied on future purchases of Juzmat products. Please note that there will be no monetary refunds for any order cancellation after payment has been made. All goods will be inspected once returned. Do not tape anything on the original product packaging as any damage caused will be irreversible and return requests will be rejected. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
The refund will be processed within 14 working days after our warehouse receives the returned product and if the item passes the quality and assurance checks. Please note the cost of the return and the original shipping costs are not refundable. The only exclusion will be if an incorrect or defective product is sent to you (e.g. wrong car model, or wrong colour etc.) If you receive a defective product, please contact us within our 7 days return policy period, we will replace the product or process your return at no cost.
